Master’s Program in Islamic Economics Conducts Follow-Up Audit (ATL) by the Quality Assurance Institute

Yogyakarta, Thursday, August 7, 2025 — The Master’s Program in Islamic Economics, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI), UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, conducted a Follow-Up Audit (Audit Tindak Lanjut/ATL) as part of its commitment to continuous quality improvement within the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI).

This audit constituted a continuation of the Internal Quality Audit (IQA) previously conducted by the Quality Assurance Institute (LPM) of UIN Sunan Kalijaga. The ATL was carried out by Muh. Wasith Achadi, S.Ag., M.Ag., who reviewed the follow-up actions taken in response to the findings and recommendations resulting from the earlier audit.

The activity was conducted in a constructive and productive manner and was led by the Head of the Master’s Program in Islamic Economics, Muhammad Ghafur Wibowo, S.E., M.Sc. The audit session was also attended by the Vice Dean I of FEBI, Sunaryati, S.E., M.Si., Secretary of the Master’s Program in Islamic Economics, Siti Nur Azizah, S.E.I., M.E.I.

The Follow-Up Audit plays a crucial role in ensuring that all recommendations issued during the previous audit phase have been systematically implemented and have contributed to measurable improvements in performance and compliance with established quality standards.

In his remarks, the Head of the Study Program emphasized that the ATL process is not merely an administrative obligation, but also a medium for reflection and continuous transformation aimed at strengthening the excellence and relevance of the Master’s Program in Islamic Economics in responding to contemporary challenges.

This activity further reinforced the commitment of the entire academic community to fostering a culture of quality within the study program, in line with the vision of UIN Sunan Kalijaga as an Islamic university that excels in integrating scientific knowledge and Islamic values.
